Our in-Purrrrson interview process:
To ensure that all of our dog walkers and pet sitters are qualified animal lovers, Hooman on Demand puts each applicant through an in person interview with management. They are asked difficult questions on the spot about animal safety to see how they may handle situations that could occur. During this process they are judged on how well they handle difficult questions on the spot to ensure that they can make the best decisions during a walk or sitting.
After passing through the second phase of the hiring process our potential future walker will then be invited to an onsite working interview to see how well they handle pets. This is the final decision in Hooman on Demand's hiring process so if the walker handles this well they could be ready for their next walk!
In making sure all of our customers have a perfect experience the working interview is overlooked by an experienced walker onsite!
